Gyro

The quintessential Greek sandwich! Spiced beef and lamb meat are pressed into a cone and roasted on a spit. Served in pita bread with tomato, oinon and tzaziki (yogurt ) sauce, Gryos are found in the main courtyard Ewa-mountain side.
